Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the impact of service quality dimension viewed from tangible,  reliability,  responsiveness,  assurance,  and  empathy  dimension  towards  customer satisfaction at PT. Kisel (Official Branch of PT. Telkomsel) Medan.In this research the population’s 103  respondent  with  sample’s  used  is  82  respondent.  The  sample  selection  method  used  is purposive sampling, based on Telkomsel customer that visit PT Kisel to complaint their problem more  than  1  time.  Data  analyzing  method  that  is  used  is  multiple  linear  regression  using  SPSS version 19.0 program.The result of this research is  tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy simultaneously have positive and significant influencetoward customer satisfaction. Based on  test  only  reliability  variable  and  assurance  have  significant  influence  towards  customer satisfaction. based on coefficient determination test (  R2) 86,3% of customer satisfaction can be explained by tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, while the rest 13,7% is explained by other variables not observed in this research.Keywords :Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Empathy, Customer satisfaction

Abstract

This research heads for (1) knowing the influences of the life style to the consumer buying decision (2) to know influence of the halal labeling to the consumer buying decision. (3) to know influences of the price to the consumer buying decision. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there  is influence of labor discipline against the employee satisfaction,  Is  there  any  effect  of  competence  on  employee  satisfaction,  Is  there  any  influence  of organizational  culture  on  employee  satisfaction,  Is  there  any  influence  of  labor  discipline  of organizational culture and Is there any influence between labor discipline competence and organizational culture on job satisfaction of employees at the Plantation Office of North Sumatra Province.The  population  in  this  study  were  all  employees  remain  on  duty  Plantation  North  Sumatra Province  which  amounted  to  130  people.  Sample  study  determined  using  census  sampling  or  sampling techniques  that  saturated  the  entire  study  population  sampled.  Data  were  analyzed  using  path  analysis model, classic assumption test and parameter estimation and hypothesis testing.Work  discipline  against  the  employee  satisfaction  has  a  positive  and  significant  impact, competencies  on  job  satisfaction  of  employees  have  a  positive  and  significant  impact.  Organizational culture on employee satisfaction has a positive and significant impact thus organizational culture needs to be preserved and enhanced back. Labor discipline of organizational culture on the Plantation Office of North  Sumatra  province  has  positive  and  significant  impact.  Labor  discipline  and  competence  through organizational culture on job satisfaction of employees at the Plantation Office of North Sumatra province has  a  positive  and  significant  influence,  and  thus  the  discipline  of  work  and  competence  through organizational culture needs to be preserved.Keywords: Work Discipline, Competence, Organizational Culture and Employee Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This research aims to determine : 1)The effect of Effective Communication on Performance Employee  in  PT  Langkat  Nusantara  Kepong  Kantor  Kebun  Gohor  Lama.  2)  The  effect  of Motivation  on  Performance  Employee  in  PT  Langkat  Nusantara  Kepong  Kantor  Kebun  Gohor Lama. 3) The effect of Effective Communication and Motivation on Performance Employee in PT Langkat Nusantara Kepong Kantor Kebun Gohor Lama. The Types of this research is associative research.  Analysis  technique  of  this  research  is  multiple  regression  analysis.  Population  of  this research are the 56 employees at PT Langkat Nusantara Kepong Kantor Kebun Gohor Lama. The technique of sampling used boring sampling. This research data sourced from primary data and process data collection using questionnaires. The result of this research are : As partially effective communication variable has positive effect and significant on performance employee variable, on the  value  of  partial  test  is  (3.807  >  1.674).  Motivation  variable  has  positive  effect  and  not significant on performance employee variable, on the value of partial test is (1.082 < 1,674). And as  simultantly  effective  communication  and  motivation  have  positive  effect  and  significant  on performance employee, on the value of simultantly test is (13.735 > 3.17).Keyword : Effective Communication, Work Motivation, Performance Employe.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to measure the influence of communication and employee relationship management on the performance of employees of PT. Dubai Islamic Bank Panin Medan Branch. This study uses a survey approach, while the nature of this study is the description and type of research is quantitative descriptive. Samples were 30 employees at PT. Dubai Islamic Bank Panin Medan Branch.               Methods of data collection in this study using a questionnaire. The questionnaire in this study by providing or spreading a list of questions to respondents, the results of research that has met the test of validity, reliability test and classical assumption is processed to produce the following regression equation, Y = 0.042 X1 + X2 0837 + e.The results of multiple linear regression model to get that second variable is the communication and management of employee relations has a positive influence on employee performance PT. Dubai Islamic Bank Panin Medan Branch. The coefficient of determination (R ²) were obtained at 0.712. This means that 71.2% of employee performance can be explained by communication and employee relationship management, employee performance while 28.8% described other variables besides these two variables. Kata kunci: komunikasi, manajemen hubungan karyawan, kinerja karyawan.

This research intends to know is the price influence to the buyer decision Delfi Hot Cocoa of Maju Bersama Departement Store Medan, (2) Is the product quality influence on the buyer decision Delfi Hot Cocoa of maju Bersama Department store Medan. Simultanly this research head for knowing the influence of price and  product quality to the buyer decision of Maju Bersama Department store Medan. Abstract

The objective of the research was to examine and  to prove empirically the influence of regionally generated revenue and capital expenditures on economic growth in districts/towns of North Sumatera and to examine  balance  fund  as  moderating  variable,  The  population  was  33  districts/towns  (25  districts  and  7 towns) in North Sumatera. The samples (25 districts and 7 towns) had met the criteria during within years of observation so that there were 150 observations. The data consisted of PDRTB (Gross Regional Domestic Product) on constant price in order to find  out the economic growth in districts/towns of North Sumatera, realization  of  PAD  (regionally  generated  revenue),  capital expenditure,  and  balance  fund.  The  data  were obtained  from  the  Central  Bureau  of  Statistics  of  North  Sumatera  and  analyzed  by  using  multiple  linear regression analysis and residual analysis. The result of the research, using t-test, showed that partially PAD had  positive  and  significant  influence  on  economic  growth,  and  capital  expenditure  had  positive  and significant  influence  of  economic  growth.  The  result  of  the  research,  using  F-test,  showed  that simultaneously PAD and capital expenditure had influence on economic growth, while based on residual test it showed that balance fund did not moderate the correlation of PAD and capital expen diture and economic growth..Keywords: Regionally Generated Revenue, Capital Expenditures, Balance Fund, Economic Growth

Abstract

Along with the increasingly difficult economic situation and the many demands need to be met  by the community then purchase a house in cash more difficult, especially for people who are middle to lower economic level. Thus, the purchase of subsidized home loans  among  people  becomes  a  very  attractive  option.  Based  on  data  collected  by  an increase  in  the  demand  for  subsidized  housing,  especially  in  the  district  of  Medan Marelan. It can be seen from the increasing property business. Private developers tend to be  more  interested  in  the  property  business  (houses)  in  the  district  of  Medan  Marelan because the area is still beautiful and population growth rates are higher. The high level of competition among developers of property (housing), makes an analysis of the factors that influence  the  decision  of  the  community  in  need  of  subsidized  housing  memebeli  known.This study aimed to analyze and determine whether the factor of location, public revenues, ease  of  access  to  credit,  and  public  facilities,  the  market  price  of  the  home  as  well  as legislation affecting peoples decision in the purchase of subsidized  housing in the district of Medan Marelan.The  results  showed  that  the  location  factor  is  the  most  dominant  factor  of  the factors that influence the decision to buy subsidized housing communities in the district of Medan Marelan with a coefficient of determination of 42.1%.Keywords: Purchase Decision Factors

Abstract

The  quality  of  academic  services  is  a  comparison  between  the  perceived  academic service  customers  or  stakeholders  with  the  quality  of  academic  services  that diharapkanpelanggan.  The  purpose  of  this  study  was  to  determine  how  the  level  of  student satisfaction on the performance of academic services at the University of the ocean, and identify as to whether the expectations of students as users of our services to academic services at the University of the ocean.The  population  in  this  study  were  all  students  of  both  the  semester  active  maaupun aajaraan  odd  year  2016-2017  as  users  of  services  from  academic  services,  which  the respondents of this activity drawn from five faculties at the University of the ocean environment. Side technique used is proportional stratified random sampling which classifies the populationconsists of five faculties. The method used is the gap analysis that compares the perceptions of respondents mahasiswaa expectations with reality.From  the  results  of  the  study  shows  that,  for  services  such  as  facilities  and  media university  lectures  and  attitude  of  staff  behavior  akademikberdasarkan  student  perceptions require improved performance. While factors  -  other factors such as library facilities, attitudes and behavior of faculty, administrative staff and library responsiveness, competence of lecturers and administrative staff, is perceived quite well by studentsKeywords : service quality, Gap Analysis

Abstract

The purpose of    this study was to determine and analyze the cause of a large Financing income  received  while  small,  and  to  investigate  the  causes  of  financing  products  for  the  results (profit sharing) channeled smallest of murabahah financing and Musyarakah. Research  approaches  used  descriptive  research  approaches,  data  collection  techniques used in this study interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this research is descriptive  analysis  technique  that  is  by  collecting  data  and  classifying  data  obtained  from  the company with the existing theory so as to provide a clear picture of the object being studied.Results showed Financing great while revenues received by little it is because of financing problems in the implementation of the payment of financing by the customer that  happens things like financing is not smooth, the financing of which the debtor does not meet the requirements that were promised, and these costs are not on schedule installments, troubled financing is one of the definite  risks  faced  by  each  bank  because  the  risk  is  often  also  called  credit  risk.  and  financing products for the results (Mudarabah) channeled smallest of Murabahah financing and Musyarakah and this is because of financing is financing with a high degree of risk and should be based on a strong element of trust.
